Help with creating a specific report

I am trying to grab a customer data report with specific information. Customer #, Name, address, city, state, zip, email and phone #'s, Name format, attributes and journal. Can someone show me a demo or provide step by step on how to accomplish this?


Secondly, I require a report that shows the last 5 years of transaction history. Customer #, name, email, phone, Transaction date(s), transaction type(s), description(s) and amount(s).

Both set up in excel format.

  • For your first one - try the Reports area, inside of "Profiles, Lists & Directories," and look at the Constituent Profile. You should be able to tweak for what's included and what's not, and then export into Excel.


    For your second one, I'd use a Gift type export.

  • I am trying to run a report of all constituents in a specific city/county and just can't figure it out. I tried doing what the previous comment said, reports/profiles, list, directories/constituent profile and I don't have that when I log in.
