Sub-folders in Queries and Reports
One of the most requested items on the Ideas Forum is to have sub-folders for Queries and Reports. For some reason, Blackbaud are unable or unwilling to implement these. It would be so nice if they would tell us why. In the meantime, we have come up with a crude work-around which involves creating dummy blank Categories to divide Queries and Reports into sections - see screenshot attached.

@Robert Burch - an addendum: It seems eTap deletes empty Categories so we have had to put a dummy Query or Report in each folder.
