Global Export of All Accounts and All Journal Entries to Excel or CSV?

Hello to anyone who can help:

We are a non-profit with roughly 2,500 donors. Over the last 7 years, various development personnel have been manually keying in all of our donations to eTapestry. We have a second donor database for online giving through our community foundation, and that database has never been merged into eTapestry.

We don't have any eTapestry experts on staff anymore and I'm trying to find the easiest set of instructions possible to generate a query or report that will allow me to export our entire eTapestry database of journal entries and associated donor accounts into Excel, so that I can reconcile all of our donations and create a global record format that will allow us to consolidate the two sets of records.

Could someone please recommend the steps I should use to create this query or report? I just need an export with all fields associated with the donation record and the account holder for that donation.
