Latest FEP Report - Overall Retention Rate?
Hi all,
I'm looking through the latest FEP Report and I'm trying to figure out an overall retention rate for 2023 but it doesn't look like one is listed. I am seeing “we anticipate retention was at -2.5% in Q4 compared to 2022,” and I am also seeing the below chart, which is helpful for segmenting retention, but we also benchmark against overall retention. Is is easy to extrapolate from this? Did I not have enough coffee today?
