List of Roles and Responsibilities for BBTM

Hello,

We are newly implementing BBTM and as the Project Manager I am structuring a Roles and Responsibilities Matrix to define the split of work for administering the BBTM solution between of Academic Office and our Finance Office. Does anyone have a list of functions or activities for managing BBTM that might be a good starting point for me? I'm thinking of tasks like maintaining fees and discounts, importing fees to be applied to accounts, managing family records, communications, annual school year transition activities, etc.
