TM informational Letter to Parents

@Marisa PhirangeeGentles This is the letter we used when we first implemented TM (it was Smart Tuition at the time and this was prior to their merge with Blackbaud). We've been happy overall with the service and have really benefited from using integrated enrollment contracts. Message me if you have any questions. I'm happy to talk.
