Enrollment Management to Tuition Management

There should be a setting or way for Enrollment Management to connect with Tuition Management in the sense that when a student withdraws/cancels their enrollment contract on the enrollment management side that it either notifies Tuition Management and/or withdraws/cancels the student in Tuition Management.

    @Ashley Catalanotto-Mack In our case we need to manually withdraw students from Tuition Management. This involves payments that may be due at the time of family withdrawing. Not a good idea to automatically cancel/withdraw Tuition Management accounts.

    @Gabrielle Schneider I understand and we are also manually withdrawing students but I feel as though the TM side should at least be notified. Instead of depending on admissions to send us something each time a student withdraws.

    @Ashley Catalanotto-Mack Hi there Ashley. I feel this is a little more complicated than simply withdrawing TM account at the same time as withdrawing Enrollment Agreement. There is work to be done on the TM side and depending on the circumstance I prefer that I am able to manually withdraw the student.
