It's National Tater Tots Day!
I'm a huge fan of the tots. Are you? How do you like them? Plain? Plain with ketchup? Loaded up with cheese? Topped with ranch, cheese, bacon?
Let's talk tots! I don't know if it is a regional thing, but the tots around here are EPIC! They are pretty much a meal to themselves.

@Crystal Bruce - I'm immediately going to spark controversy here. I tried pressing tots into a waffle maker over the weekend, and it worked perfectly - Now I'm all about that tot bun around my smashburgers!

@Crystal Bruce, Tots are about the only thing I will put ketchup on! There is a restaurant close to us that makes “Tater-kegs”! They are jumbo sized tater-tots filled with bacon and cheese that literally look like “kegs”, and they are sooo delicious! ?

@Crystal Bruce, I've always browned hamburger and onions, stir in your favorite cream of soup and a generous handful of cheese. Pour into a casserole dish, top with more cheese, then the tots. Bake until the tots are done and cheese is bubbly. It's one-more-bite good!!
