Automatically Added Gifts Through Just Giving, Have the Wrong Appeal Code

Hi there,

I need some help. We have noticed that our gifts through Just Giving, are coming in our database with the wrong appeal code. How do we fix this so that it goes to the correct code? We have looked at all the campaigns and I can't seem to find where to update to the correct appeal code. I have manually updated the records in Raiser's Edge, just want to fix it from the beginning.

It sounds like you were looking in the JustGiving site for this - did you also check what has been set as the default appeal in the JustGiving integration settings in NXT? That's the only thing I can think of.

@Rachel Cavalier Thank you Rachel for replying. I'm checking with support right now. I'm not familiar with the integration settings.

Five minutes later: I got it! I went into control panel in NXT, went to the settings and fix it there. I had help with Justgiving support. I have been waiting weeks to find out how to fix it. And it was quite simple. ?
