Recipient Fields History

Somehow our Recipient Fields were changed from last year (Site > Settings > Recipient Fields), which caused errors in our Donor Reports, which use the Disbursement Fields. I need Blackbaud to be able to look at the change history so I know how these fields got changed and how to prevent it from happening again. When I requested this information, Case Central said they did not have access to that activity and that I should submit this feature request.
