    @Crystal Bruce At my last nonprofit Gen Z came to my rescue multiple times for volunteer needs. Once we got a couple involved, they invited friends and the support evolved from volunteering to financial support. If a Gen Z has a workplace incentive program for volunteering and donation matching they are going to become lifelong supporters of nonprofits in your community.
