I’m excited to announce the release of BBCRM 4.0 Service Pack 11. It is now available on the downloads page of blackbaud.com.
Service Pack 11 addresses 69 defects and includes 9 value-adding features.

Highlights of BBCRM 4.0 Service Pack 11:
- Improvement of Blackbaud Data Warehouse stability and performance by allowing the ETL to employ a Database Snapshot.
- We have added a “Location” field for constituent interactions and for major giving plan steps
- Enhancements to the Communication Preferences form to provide functionality improvements to email communication preferences
- AddressFinderservice in the Data Tune-Up section of Administration now requires an electronic Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) each time an organization submits a file to Blackbaud, indicating the client organization is granting consent for Blackbaud and our vendor to process the file
