For those of you who watched the latest BBCRM product update briefing, you might be wondering what happened to Service Pack 32. We are in the final stages of preparation, and expect to post a release announcement for its availability within the next week or so.

- For Blackbaud hosted customers that have enabled BBID, your SSRS users will now be able to authenticate with BBID.
- Non-interactive users/personal access tokens: to increase security and convenience for your integrations and customizations you can now replace username/password authentication with personal access tokens.
- Ability to copy/paste into an adhoc query "One of" text field operator
- Ability to create a copy of a user-defined data list
- BBIS: Improvements in password management for new users
