Announcing The Launch Of The Blackbaud CRM™ Cloud Portal

We are pleased to announce that the Blackbaud CRM™ Cloud Portal has launched and is now available for use by our Blackbaud Cloud Operations (Azure-hosted) customers. There is nothing to download, and no minimum service pack is required.The portal provides self-service capabilities for managers of your Blackbaud-hosted Blackbaud CRM environments, including:
  • deploying customizations to any environment
  • refreshes for lower environments
  • upgrading service packs for lower environments
If you are an environment administrator, you can access the portal immediately. You can also permission access to the portal for others in your organization. You can navigate to the portal via the Blackbaud CRM top-left navigation (for BBID-enabled environments), or from the top-left navigation after logging into blackbaud.com.



We believe that you will find the transition to using the portal an easy one. You no longer need to file tickets with Blackbaud support to accomplish these same tasks. We encourage you to begin using the portal right away.

    I've jumped in to have a quick look, but cannot see the Cloud Portal. Is it available for Australian Azure customers immediately as well? Is there anything I may need to do to have it activated?

    Thank you Simon. Yes, the Cloud Portal is available for Australian Azure customers now. In order to see it, you either need to be an environment admin for one or more of your BBCRM environments, or ask your environment admin to add you as a Cloud Portal user.
