Blackbaud CRM And BBIS Service Pack 36 Is Now Available

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 36 is released and available on the Blackbaud downloads page.The Service Pack 36 release contains new enhancements along with quality improvements. Here are some of the highlights from this service pack:

• You now have full control over your constituent gender values with the introduction of a new Gender Code Table. This is an impactful update as it touches a number of areas in the system, so be sure to refer to the links below for all the details.
• Enables participation in our upcoming Early Adopter Program (EAP) for Blackbaud Online Giving.
• You can now choose to run Global Changes as the executing user instead of the process owner.
• For ResearchPoint users, minimum and maximum wealth value ranges are now consistent between Blackbaud CRM and ResearchPoint.
• For Address Finder, you can now optionally load only the addresses that need to be updated, rather than all addresses, which increases the speed of processing.
