Blackbaud Grantmaking SKY View - 2021 Development Update #4

In this update, we're going dive into creating a new request in Blackbaud Grantmaking SKY View.

This information is also located in the Getting Started guide -- which you'll find by clicking on the link at the end of the post, on the Onboarding and Adoption page.

Retrieving an online application in BBGM SKY:

1. Applications need to be retrieved into Blackbaud Grantmaking
2. To return to applications post, retrieval simply use the Applications Tab and click on "Pending Requests."

Creating a new request direction in BBGM SKY View...

1. Start with the organization...

• From the dashboard, search the 'Organization Name'
• Select "Org" from the workspace
• Click on "Related Requests" on the left-hand side
• Click on "Add Request" button in the middle of the page
• Select "Type"
• Fill in request
• Click "Save" and close.

• Click "Add Record"
• Click "Add Request Record"
• Select "Record Type"
• Click "Org" link near the top
• Click "Change" button on right-hand fly out
• Search for org and select
• Fill in request
• Click save and close.
