New Blackbaud Marketplace apps for text messaging and custom reporting

The Blackbaud Marketplace has two new apps to help you leverage the power and simplicity of SMS to communicate with your constituents. We also have a new app that connects Blackbaud data with custom reporting platforms so you can do more with your data.

Before you connect any apps to your Blackbaud environments, we recommend you first learn about them and contact the developer if you have any questions.

Do you have any solutions on how to connect RE with Whatsapp?

Are there any UK based third parties for SMS?

In recent months, we introduced the ability for app publishers to designate in which regions of the world they support. Many have done this, but not all.

I did find the following apps that say they have texting available in UK:

Going forward, I recommend that you select an app that interests you in the Marketplace to view their application details page. On the app details page, they should list if they are available in the UK. If they don't list supported regions, we recommend you contact them and ask them to add the regions. We are also contacting app publishers on our end to encourage them to fill out the new fields.

Hope this helps and keep on the lookout as we're adding new apps weekly!

Hi Leonard Newman‍ , thanks for the question! To find out the cost, if any, we recommend you go to the application's page and use the "Contact us" button to ask. Each app handles their own purchasing/subscriptions to use their apps.
Are they free?
