What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT The Week Of December 15
Published
This week, Raiser's Edge NXT introduces the ability to access donor information from notification emails. Also, you can now delete events in web view.
This will be the last release announcement for 2020, as we'll pause on announcing new features until January 5th. We wish you all a safe and happy holiday season!
Access donor information from notification emails (for those with Donation forms)
To help protect donor information, notification emails no longer include personally identifiable information. Instead, you can now select a link from the email notifications to view who submitted gifts from a donation form. Under Recent donations, the list displays each donor’s name, email address, and gift amount. To view the donor's contact information, select the gift amount if it's approved in a batch. From the gift's record, select the donor's name. For more information, see Donation Forms.

Delete events in web view
To help keep your data tidy, you can now delete events in web view. Previously, you could only delete them from the database view. From the event's menu in the list of events, select Delete.
Tip: Before you delete an event, remove all participants associated with it, such as those you added for testing. Also, remove links to the event’s online registration forms from marketing materials and external websites.
