This industry-leading alumni solution empowers schools and higher ed institutions to create vibrant alumni networks. Alumnifire features include a dynamic alumni directory, alumni job board, alumni mentoring, alumni events calendar, alumni affinity groups, alumni data and analytics.

The new Blackbaud Marketplace application connects your Alumnifire community data with your Blackbaud database to help streamline operations, save time, and provide a more complete picture of your engaged alumni. At release, the integration sends updated contact info captured in Alumnifire into Raiser's Edge NXT. Future releases will add additional data points like industry & career info, education history, and more.

ClickBid Charity Auctions – updated!
Charities use ClickBid to raise more through event fundraising. This complete solution offers ticket sales, event promotion, online/in-person bidding, live auction, fund-a-need, and real-time video broadcasting. The RENXT integration allows you to import constituents from Raiser's Edge NXT to ClickBid. update RENXT constituents from ClickBid and send auction sales/donations seamlessly from ClickBid to RENXT. What’s new with ClickBid?

• Mass Messaging — updated! ClickBid's mass messaging feature has been updated to include additional filtering on bidder tags, individual ticket pages, and table numbers.
• System-Wide Tagging — new! The new system-wide tagging feature will allow admins to organize bidders and items into groups that can be used in reports, displays, and mass messaging.
• Other System Updates. ClickBid has also added several other updates and new features, including adding custom questions to ticket pages, adding a new item donor page, adding and sending thank you letters to donors, and updating fund a need display and Butler.

Letter Box by Red Arc – updated!
Easily create and deliver personalized letters and acknowledgements individually or from a List. Letter Box offers a Free plan and paid Premium version. Recent updates include:

• Conditional Templates. A new Premium feature, Conditional Templates, allows you to use information such as Letter Code, Fund or Gift Amount to automatically segment your data into different letter templates, all in a single Bulk Letters Run. No need to use separate lists for different letter types – Conditional Templates allow you to easily create a single run that contains multiple templates. View video demo.
• Template Editor improvements. Letter Box has its own built-in editor meaning you can create and manage your templates right inside Raiser's Edge NXT. Updates include:
  • Inserting custom fields.
  • Enhanced page options – view demo,
• Editing individual Letters in a bulk run or on the Constituent/Gift Tile. Now you can open and edit individual letters in a Bulk Letter run or directly from the Constituent/Gift Tile. Email Marketing Connector by Red Arc– updated!
Red Arc’s Email Marketing Connector allows you to seamlessly connect Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or Autopilot to Raiser's Edge NXT and "do more" with your digital communications. What’s new? An Engagement Summary feature lets you see at a glance how engaged a constituent is with your email comms. No need to analyze all the email data – just click on the new Summary tab on the Activity Tile and you’ll know straight away. (Feed that into Engagement Tile and you’ll be double winning!).

SmartLETTERS by SmartTHING – updated!
SmartTHING continues to enhance their SmartLETTERS app that allows you to create merged letters quickly and easily from Raiser’s Edge NXT. Some new features, based on customer feedback, include:

• Improvements to template rendering to PDF, including different page size support
• The ability for different users to send from their own email accounts (if sending email letters)
• Template set up service. Clients can send SmartTHING 1 Constituent and 1 Gift letter template to format and test for them.

Productivity

PaperSave by PairSoft – updated!
The team at PairSoft has added some substantive features to their well-known PaperSave product that specifically target major gift and donor processes. The most notable include

• Mobile app functionality, making it easier than ever to manage fundraising workflows on the go.
• Custom communications feature allows you to engage donors and prospects with automated thank-you notes, receipts, and other touchpoints based upon triggers you set.

PaperSave has been a “most popular partner solution” for RE and RENXT customers for years. If you haven’t looked at PaperSave lately, you might not know all it can do for you. These new features combine nicely with existing functionality like donor-record search engine and document-scanning technology.

SmartPAGES by SmartTHING – updated!

The SmartPAGES app allows you to create tiles and pages within Raiser’s Edge NXT and comes in a free and paid version. Recent improvements to the SmartPAGES paid version adds the ability to embed Power BI reports and Video.

SmartSYNC by SmartTHING – updated!
Updates and iterative improvements have been added to SmartSYNC an automation and integration platform that helps you connect Raiser’s Edge NXT to best in class and industry standard applications, including MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, WooCommerce, Shopify, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, Cvent, and hundreds more.

Blackbaud Marketplace Enhancements

We continuously aim to improve your "shopping" experience in the Marketplace. To that end, we've made a number of updates to the Blackbaud Marketplace itself.

App Categories. We launched the marketplace in its current form in 2020 with only 34 apps listed. Now with over 130 apps listed in the Marketplace, we had to add more selection options to help you find apps to solve specific problems. First we'll add simple categories such as Recently Added and Featured Apps, then later we'll add capability-based categories such as Reporting and Analytics, Prospecting, Email Marketing, Check Scanning. Recent new app categories you'll see in the Marketplace include:

• Recently Added: Quickly scan the most recently added 20 apps.
• Most Popular: View the top 20 most popular apps by selecting the "Most popular" collection in the left menu. This can be filtered by Blackbaud solution. You can also sort any collection to see the order of "Most popular". For example, see all the apps for RENXT in the order of most popular.
