- Create an action plan: Put your new automation skills into practice at your organization.
For this course, we will use Raiser's Edge NXT developer environment, which will be provided to you.
Power BI

Learn how to connect and model your Blackbaud data with Power BI using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create compelling interactive reports that bring together data from across your organization.
- Power your fundraisers with up-to-date data insights embedded directly in your Blackbaud applications with SKY Developer tools.
- Create a comprehensive plan to take your new fundraising dashboard into production at your organization.
For this course, we will use Raiser's Edge NXT and CSV files as the source data sets, which will be provided to you.
While we are training in Raiser’s Edge NXT for both classes, skills are applicable to all Blackbaud products that leverage SKY APIs.

Automation is something I have been increasingly more curious of since attending BB Dev Days a couple years ago. I needed to gain a better understanding of our database and how it all worked (new to the career and position) before diving into anything more complex. The director is very wary of automation but I want to learn and show her how amazing it can be.
