Ready to explore ways to extend your marketing? CallHub offers an array of telecom options, integrated with Luminate Online, including:
  • SMS Opt-in – Publish a phone number or short code and keyword at your event and ask people to opt-in using SMS – the simple message “Send ‘JOIN’ to 33339” is a familiar one, and easy for supporters to act on. CallHub will collect people’s name and email with automated prompts and creates contact profiles for you.
     
  • Peer to Peer Texting – Personal text exchanges are one of the most effective way to build deeper connections with supporters, spark interest in your activities, and boost the effectiveness of your other communication channels. CallHub technology allows you to scale these one-to-one exchanges so your agents can carry on hundreds of SMS conversations at a time. For large-scale campaigns, your campaign manager uploads the contact list and assigns a batch of contacts to each agent, who then reaches out and engages people in one-to-one conversations.
     
  • SMS Broadcast – Send bulk text blasts to large groups. Select your list, write your text message, schedule a time, and hit START.   • Events – Bring Luminate Online events into CallHub so RSVPs and constituent data can be collected as part of calling or texting campaigns.
     
  • Interests – Luminate Online Interests are imported as Tags in CallHub. You can tag contacts in CallHub based on your conversations. These tags sync back to Luminate Online as Interests in real time and can be used to target constituents with triggered email campaigns and other types of outreach based on their CallHub activity.
     
  • Interactions – All activities with constituents in CallHub campaigns (such as notes, call recordings, messages sent and received) flow back to Luminate Online as interactions.
