What is Blackbaud Advisory+?

Blackbaud Advisory+ is the new name for Success Services, which helps customers unlock the full potential of their software with tailored one-on-one consulting. We’ve made this change to better differentiate the tailored guidance and consulting you receive through this subscription from other Blackbaud solutions and services. Whether you want to improve your fundraising, finance, education, grants, or engagement outcomes, Blackbaud Advisory+ can help optimize your use of our products and establish best practices throughout your organization.

How does Blackbaud Advisory+ work?

When you subscribe to Blackbaud Advisory+, you'll be assigned a dedicated consultant who will partner with you to understand your needs, challenges, and aspirations and maximize your Blackbaud investment. You’ll collaborate with your consultant to build processes specifically suited for your team, address any roadblocks, dive into new capabilities, and more.
