Change to the Gift API

To improve reporting accuracy, gifts approved from batch now have two associated date parameters:
date— When you received the gift. This parameter is editable.date_added— When the gift was approved in batch and became a gift record. Upon batch approval, this parameter is automatically set and can't be edited.
