Changes to General Ledger API

We recently added three new endpoints to support long-running processes.

The GetBackgroundProcessResult endpoint returns the record id as result of the registered process
The GetBackgroundProcessStatus endpoint returns the background process status of the process identifier
The CreateJournalEntryBatchProcess endpoint returns the process ID of the request to create a new journal entry batch.
