Customers creating low-code solutions can now embed public forms within supported Blackbaud solutions as a SKY Add-in using the Public Forms Host SPA (single-page application) provided by Blackbaud.

The Public Forms Host SPA initially supports the following types of public forms:

  • Microsoft Forms
  • Google Forms
  • Cognito Forms
  • Jotform forms
