It’s spring! As the thermometer rises, the snow melts, and life re-emerges from winter hibernation we can’t help but be excited for new learners coming into our classes.

WHERE DO I START?
Start at the beginning, of course! Blackbaud University training begins with a Fundamentals series of courses which cover basic product concepts relevant to your entire staff. Even if you are a longtime user of Blackbaud Award Management, consider checking out our Fundamentals courses—you never know what new tips and tricks you might pick up! Blackbaud Award Management Fundamentals courses are now open for registration!

WHERE DO I GO NEXT?
After taking on the Fundamentals, you’ll probably want to prove your knowledge. Go ahead and take our Blackbaud Award Management Fundamentals Exam, showing yourself (and your employer) that you really know your stuff. Passing this exam earns you Blackbaud Award Management Fundamentals certification!

Then, jump into our more advanced courses. You can learn about managing reviews, creating questions and qualifications, and system administration.
