What's Newest: Donor Attrition Tags Now Consider Soft Credits!

As you may've noticed on the new Home page today, Raiser's Edge NXT updated earlier today with a change to Tags. To help recognize the impact donors have on your mission, the At-risk, Lapsing, Lapsed, and Lost tags now consider whether constituents receive soft credit for giving from others, such as a spouse or family foundation. Previously, these donor attrition tags only considered a donor's personal giving to your organization. For more information, check out the Tags and Recommendations Help and Donor Attrition Help.


In Fundraising, Analyze, you can still use the Donor lifecycle metrics to gauge attrition based on donors' personal giving, not soft credits. For more information, see the Donor Lifecycle Analysis Help.
