Update Regarding the Ability to View a Constituent's Unapproved Gifts

Last month, we announced the ability to view unapproved gifts under Giving history on a constituent’s record. Since then, we’ve received reports from some users of sporadic performance issues when viewing a constituent record, and have determined this to be the cause.

To ensure the best experience for our users, we’ve temporarily removed this feature from your environments. While you can still view a constituent's giving history, unapproved gifts will not appear in the list.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll announce when you can once again view unapproved gifts – keep an eye on the What’s New for more details.

  • What is an unnapproved gift and can you explain why you would add it to a record?  Thanks

Hi Renee Grayson‍ - An unapproved gift means it is pending approval in a batch under Gift Management. When this functionality is reintroduced, those gifts will appear in the Giving history list automatically.
