Donor Reports Taking A Long Time to Run

I'm just wondering if other universities using the Stewardship Management system are also experiencing extremely long times waiting for a donor report to run. When we first started using this system, this was not an issue, but has become increasingly more frequent in that it takes longer. It can sometimes take 2.5 to 3 hours for a donor report to generate. It used to generate within minutes every time. Have been asking Blackbaud to look into it and wondering why the difference for us over a year's time.

    Yes it is taking quite some time for us too. It used to take minutes or a quick refresh of the page but now it takes a couple of hours just for one report....

    Hi Jennifer and Asha,


    I am sorry to hear you are both experiencing long processing times when generating donor reports.  This is something that our development team is actively looking into in an effort to improve performance.  One suggestion we do have is to attempt report generation in the afternoon instead of the morning if at all possible to see if that helps with the speed as we continue to work through the improvements.

    Donor reports are still taking a very long time for us to generate -- even if it is just one published statement for one scholarship recipient.  Are others having the same issue?
