Static Report vs. Custom Report - Billed and Paid

Good afternoon,


My name is Morgan and I work for the Summit Area YMCA.  This is my first time using Smart Tuition, and I am reaching out for help to see if something is doable.


The static report called "Billed and Paid" under the Cashflow category, allows us to pull information for our participants who receive certain financial assistance discounts.  While I do like the structure of this report, is there a way to create a custom report which pulls the same information?  I'd like to do it based on a selected date range.

    Hi Morgan,


    Thank you for posting your question!  I went to the member search page, clicked on Smart Tuition and typed YMCA in the org space (way at the bottom of the filters.)  I found 1 person in the community, Colleen Smith‍, if you have the time, Morgan is a fellow YMCAer in need of some advice.


    And we of course, any Smart Tuition members, to please provide your insight!
