2020 Graduating Class / COVID-19

I know we are all working in uncharted waters these days.  Our school has a 12 month billing schedule: June - May and accounts for graduating seniors must be paid in full prior to the graduation ceremony and receipt of their diploma.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to move our graduation to July.  Will Blackbaud / Smart Tuition allow our school to keep 2019-20 through July so that parents can continue to pay on their 2019-20 tuition?  Our school, like many others, is having to offer some grace due to the stress our families are experiencing.  What options is Smart Tuition offering? I would welcome any suggestions and/or counsel.
