Individuals paying an Organization's Pledge? (Rotary Club)

Hi Community, 


Does anyone know of any rules/guidelines about individual members of a rotary club giving money towards paying the club's pledge?  The individuals would be sending the checks directly to our Foundation.  The current idea is that two people would personally contribute 80% of this year's pledge installment and the club itself would send in the other 20%.  


Thoughts?

    I don't know of any 'rules.'  We would accept the payments, apply them to the pledge and issue tax receipt if appropriate to the individuals making the payment. 


    The Rotary Club in their internal expense accounting, IMO, would only be able to report the portion they paid.
