We have successfully mapped our API from Ellucian Colleague (student information portal) to our Blackbaud Awards Management (BAM) site. 


Now, we want to create the API that will map our BAM information back into Colleague. We have received information from a college who did this successfully using Ellucian Banner, and we have been told that the steps are very similar for Colleague since they are both Ellucian products. However, we would like to find someone who has done this API successfully with Colleague. 


If you are out there and are willing to help answer some questions from our IT Director, please message me!

    Hi Diane,


    I am on the same boat now. Have you been able to set up your BAM to push out what was awarded to Colleague AIDE screen? Our IT would like to see a sample output from BAM to see the data structure to input into Colleague AIDE screen.

    hi has anyone gotten back to you?  The only solution that was done by our IT they created a brand new screen and we upload a report that I pull from academic works. so I still need to do manual steps.

    Hello Yma,

    We have not been able to set up anything as of yet. It seems as though we keep spinning our wheels. But, with the financial aid department now joining our site, it is becoming more imperative to create something, so I am about to make another post hoping to find someone out there.

    1) extract data from BAM → Import into Banner
    2) extract data from Banner → Import into BAM

    so I think I can help ….maybe

    Hi Victor,

    Out of curiosity, have you found a way to import budgets from Banner (rfibudg or rfrmgmt) into the BAM ‘opportunity amount’ field? We're looking for a way to automate this part so we don't have to update budgets in two places.
