Ability to Mass Update Remove Data

I would like the feature that allows us to do a Mass Update of Existing Accounts to delete the data in a specific Defined Field, e.g., Birthdate regardless of the existing value. Currently to Remove data you have to specify which data value you want to remove vs. being able to remove ALL data values.

    Hi Julie,

    I've used the following work-around to delete data in a specific Defined Field:

    First use Mass Update of Existing Accounts to change the data value in the Defined Field to a single value, e.g. for the accounts that you want to remove the Birthdate for use Mass Update to change the Birthdate to 01/01/1900 (choose a value that isn't used for any other accounts).

    You can then use Mass Update of Existing Accounts to Remove the new value e.g. Remove the value 01/01/1900 from the Birthdate field.
