JustGiving requiring a Microsoft account?

in JustGiving® from Blackbaud® Discussions
A public school we partner with is having issues with JustGiving.  When students sign up to start a campaign, it requires them to use or set up a Microsoft account. 

Has anyone else experienced this?  Is this a JustGiving issue or a school system issue?

    Hi April!  JustGiving does not require a Microsoft account in order to sign up as a fundraiser or to donate.  I actually cannot see how the school could even be enforcing that on justgiving.com if it were related to the school system.  Might be good to have the school report this to support and include a screenshot or two to clarify where they are being prompted to sign up for a Microsoft account - https://support.blackbaud.com/chat
