There should be a way to initiate a help request when Chat is offline

I'm frustrated by the inability to initiate a support request or ask a question during off hours. I'm not expecting an answer during off hours. But, I have a question I need to submit now. I shouldn't have to wait until Monday, by which time I may have forgotten some key details of the problem/question that I am experiencing. Makes no sense to me. I though it used to be possible to create a Case anytime? Am I missing something?

    You should still be able to contact them and create a case. Also, the Knowledgebase is great to find answers. Have you used this before?
  • Thank you Karen Tuecke‍! I definitely make efforts first to check the Knowledgebase before reaching out to support staff. If there is a way to open a case or submit a question during off hours, I am not seeing it. If you could point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful! Thanks!
