For those of us with snow/ice all around us - what have you been doing to keep up with your fitness when you can't workout outside? In January I started using the Peloton App and really love it so far! They have all sorts of workouts that you don't need a Peloton bike or tread to do.


For those living in nice warm temps - what have your workouts been looking like lately?

    I try to go to a spin class 2X a week, at least, then I have a pilates reformer that I need to start using again and my apple watch has some workouts too!

    I have a pull-up bar in the house that I also attach gymnastics rings to. I try to keep up with calisthenics and natural movement, so lots of push-ups, jumping, etc.. When it warms up, I plan on getting a weighted jump rope and having at it outside. Anything to get up and move, really. I definitely feel it in my back and joints if I don't.

    I'm in South Florida, so lots of walking and some occasional kayaking. I agree with Bobby Steurer‍ about the back and joints complaining if I don't move!

    I feel personally attacked by this youtube video. L-O-L. 1) I am putting it in my dining room because I don't really use my dining room. 2) I actually chose a brand that wasn't Peloton and all the Peloton people are coming AT me now! haha they are shocked that I didn't go Peloton!

    My workouts have consisted of balancing drywall panels above my head with one hand while climbing a stepladder. (With my husband assisting, of course.) Lots of bicep and core toning going on! And a soon-to-be-pretty kitchen where I can later put a Peloton bike like Crystal. ?

    Full disclosure: I ended up going outside of the Peloton community with another bike, which was more in my budget. <3

    We live near the Trinity Trailways here in Ft. Worth and go for walks as much as possible, and occasionally ride bikes there as well.
