Using eTapestry with QuickBooks - export IIF

I am trying to use the Cash Sale option for QuickBooks export

The export is putting “Fund Name” in the TAXABLE column, where "Fund Name” needs come in the INVITEM column

This is on the split line

Customer service refuses to fix it

Has anyone else had this issue

    I have not had this issue so unfortunately I am unable to help you... but I have another issue that maybe you can help me with...

    Do you have experience with the importing option for QuickBooks NP Edition? On our end when we import it ALWAYS creates a new customer account in the vendor area. How do we make this go to the section for donors? Your help would be appreciated. -Karen

    That sounds like a frustrating glitch that Quickbooks isn't addressing. However, you should be able to change the column names in the CSV each time you export so that they map correctly during the import.
