JustGiving thermometer talks to Online Express?

Hi everyone,

I've done some searching, but can't find this anywhere. Anyone know if it's possible for gifts made through OLX donation forms to integrate and automatically update the thermometer on our JustGiving page?

I don't think this is possible. The only way to get ‘offline’ donations to reflect in a JG Campaign Page's total is to manually enter the total amount of offline donations received.

That's what I think too, @Austen Brown, but I'm hoping maybe somebody knows of a way.

@Heather MacKenzie - The only possibility to build out automation when it doesn't exist would be through the Microsoft Power Platform's integration with RE NXT. However, not even touching on the complexity of this potential flow, there are no ‘update/create offline Campaign totals’ API end-points for JustGiving listed. Meaning, even if you were to build a custom connector for JustGiving in Power Automate, there is no way to send the data from NXT to JustGiving and have it updated/added in the correct location.

I thought of Power Automate this morning and I'm a bit disappointed that, after some research, the ‘it’s not possible' response remains the same.

Hi all, poppin here to say y'all are correct about the offline gifts in JustGiving and that JustGiving donations cannot “communicate” with OLX. That said, Blackbaud sells custom packages and this could be scoped as custom work, that is the only other solution I know of.
