Mine was from a fun lunch I recently with 2 of my coworkers. Now that we are remote we don't get together too often.

Mine was from a recent visit to Charleston to see my son who serves in the Navy. He had just come back from more than a year in Japan, so it was so great to see him!

Mine's a selfie I took at the Sherwood Forest Faire (my local and favorite Renaissance Festival) a year or so ago. Sherwood is my happy place. Also, I'm wearing a cape by Elhoffer Designs in the photo and she's one of my favorite designers.

Mine was taken one my first day of work for the Benedictine Sister of Florida. I work for wonderful Sisters who focus on prayer and the community. I love working for them!

I used to have the Chicago Cubs logo for my picture but with the recent trades that broke my heart, I found one of me smiling. I no longer have the beard which makes my wife happy. And that's a good thing.?

One of my favorite photos, after taking the pic of a parasail - I realized two birds came in at different angles, joined by a sailboat in the distance and the shimmer of the sun on the water. I just love how it all came together with pure luck.

About 2 weeks after the pandemic started and stay at home orders were issued, i saw the fatigue of my extroverted friends. I started a Zoom trivia with my usual team and we kept up with it almost weekly until the beginning of 2021. Halloween of last year I decided to have some fun for and with holiday-related trivia and costume contest. The greatest part- we only had to do waist up! I actually had a bunch of stuff on my face, but I loved the “touch up” provided by an app that made it look vintage. The expression- that's actually pretty typical of me.

My mom and I rode the chairlift to the top of Mt. Sunapee this summer. It's a small ski mountain in NH. It was a beautiful day and we could see quite far. NH is very picturesque.

I like Peanuts (and Calvin & Hobbs) and when I selected this pic as it has been so hot here for an unusual length of time.

I wanted to make a space on the back deck to relax. I planted a few sunflowers, added a lounge chair, a small table and a garden flag. It seems like I am staying home more now and I want to have more places for myself and my family to be able to relax or play.

Seeing @JoAnn Strommen post both Snoopy and Calvin & Hobbes images inspired me to do a year of Snoopy. Just updated for the summer! It's been so much fun to re-visit Snoopy, Woodstock and friends. They're a favorite from my childhood.

I just updated my profile pic to a plaque we have hanging in our bedroom. I found it last year during a time of struggle in our family and it just spoke to me.

My updated profile picture is of our latest family member, Mighty Mousebane Miyuki…or as we call her Miyuki. During the pandemic last year, we started feeding several community cats (once referred to as ferals), and she was one of them. She was more social than the others, and we brought her into our family late last October. She is now a pampered princess in our house. =^..^=

I had a professional one that I really didn't like because it seemed inauthentic and that is NOT what I'm about. I also cut off 12 inches of hair to donate and needed something that showed off my haircut!

Late to the club on this topic, but my picture is from when we were working at home during Covid and wanted to celebrate a colleague's wedding. His wedding was postponed (twice!) but we had a little “happy hour” for him and his fiancé on what should have been their original wedding day.
We sent a great gift basket to their house and we all dressed up for a party on Zoom. It was really fun! I was glad for an excuse to wear my fascinator!
