Fundraising Database Manager

Duties:

Oversees the Foundation’s constituent database. Ensures entries are accurate, complete and follow record formatting standards. Generates acknowledgements, mailing lists and reports as requested. Maintains knowledge of best practices of the software as well fundraising record management. Works with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and supports auditor’s requests. Supports other fundraising and departmental activities and events as needed. Maintains software updates and database integrity.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Blackbaud platforms: Raiser’s Edge, NXT and others preferred. Three years of constituent records management experience preferred.
