I learned SO MUCH! There was a lot I already knew, mostly surrounding the entertainment world. But I did not know that he was a champion for people with (MPNs) Myeloproliferative neoplasms, nor that a park had been remaned for him!

I'm a big TNG fan and thought I knew a lot about LeVar, but I had no idea that he is a Grammy winner for narrating The Autobiography of Martin Luther King Jr. Please tell me why he's not the permanent host of Jeopardy!?

Being a complete geek/nerd etc. I have loved Levar Burton for many years and adore his Levar Burton reads podcast during my commute. The main thing about him that I learned new was that he has a park named after him.

Having watched Roots as a child, Levar has been a favorite of mine. However, I had lost track of all his activities and am thrilled to now subscribe to his podcast.

It was neat to learn he has a park named after him and that he was part of co-founding an app.

I learned he has a YouTube channel.

I LOVE that LeVar was named the 2019 Inamori Ethics Prize-winner for his global ethical leadership, advocating for children’s literacy and, AIDS research and treatment. Ethics are so important in a nonprofit!

I learned that Reading Rainbow ran for 26 seasons. Amazing! Can't wait to hear what LeVar has to say.

I learned so much that I didn't know about him even though I consider myself a Trekkie and watched Reading Rainbow with my kids. The most interesting thing to me was the park named after him and the numerous accolades he's received over the years.
