    We have been using Award Management since 2014 and added Stewardship last year. One thing I learned is that I had too many questions in the post-acceptance process as I had each request for a thank you note tailored for each opportunity. We now use one standard question for thank you and have just a few options for the student's biography. I would love to also be part of any discussion group that is started.

    Colleen,

    My colleague, Kurt Bertels kbertel@siue.edu, and I would appreciate being included in a group to discuss utilization of BAM. We started using AcademicWorks years ago and we now have Award Management and Stewardship Management, but we have yet to implement Stewardship Management. We are decentralized in our scholarship management and like to know how others management their systems successfully.

    We'd like to implement our Stewardship Management module at some point and would enjoy hearing more about how it is working for others.

    There seems like a lot of interest in having some discussions around this. We are just in the process of implementing the Stewardship module. Would anyone be interested in having an actual Zoom discussion? Maybe a few people that have been trying to use it could talk about their experiences, maybe even screen share? We could ask questions of each other?

    Hi everyone,

    It was really encouraging meeting so many of you at the Zoom chat this morning. Lots of folks just getting going on BBSM implementation, and a few pros who have been using it for a cycle or two already.

    I felt like I gained a bunch of new colleagues to my team :)

    To summarize our steps going forward: we decided to try to keep these going as a regular thing for awhile. Jaime offered to host the Zoom meeting (maybe if you could post it here too, Jaime?) and Tracy offered to set up an email list. If you'd like to be added to that list, could you send me a quick message on here with your email address and I can forward it on to Tracy? Or Tracy if you want to comment, folks could message you directly.

    I made a poll featuring some future potential discussion topics that came out of the session today. What would you like to see next?

    Post-acceptance process / Getting the recipient info other ways
    (i.e. the point in your process that intersects with Financial Aid/Student Awards)

    Donor and Fund Record Set Up
    How did you decide what info to include in your fund and donor records?
    How do you keep this information current?
