It would be extremely helpful to me if I have a “problem payer" parent, to receive an alert/email when they have made a payment, or when their payment fails. Can this be considered?

    You'll want to head to the “Ideas” link (Ideas Bank) and see if this is already a suggestion there. Vote for it if it is, and create a new suggestion if it's not.

    I would recommend scheduling the Failed Payments report to be emailed to you daily, that way you are notified when and if all failed payments occur. As for a notification, I agree with Heather's recommendation to add it to the BB Community as an enhancement request. I think others schools would find a feature like that useful as well.
