    The report was well laid out and easy to understand. My favorite parts are the social responsibility and climate. As an organization that focuses on ESG, those two areas really resonated with me. I cannot believe the carbon footprint you are leaving and the success of carbon neutrality. This is a huge accomplishment. Congratulations!

    I'm excited to see the commitment to carbon neutrality! I know the new BB HQ building was expensive but the willingness to allow employees to decide if they stay remote or return to the office is smart both from a workforce standpoint and environmental.
