    @Crystal Bruce - I make a comment on this very subject on the CRS report before seeing your post. I don't believe my organization does much encouragement on volunteering in our community.

    @Crystal Bruce Can you share best practices for recording volunteer hours? We've tried different creative ways for encouraging employees to record their hours but it seems we still have work to do.
