Reporting to the Associate Director of Database Training & Support, the Database Support Associate functions in a first-tier support role and is responsible for delivering software and business process support to users of SOS’s fundraising technology tools. The Associate provides problem identification and resolution using documented procedures, available tools, and escalation to business support and second tier technical support resources as appropriate. The Associate is also responsible for supporting testing and documentation needs for ongoing support and system development for the CRM and related tools.
