Automatic Grading For Certain Questions

Would it be possible for blackbaud/academicworks to automatically grade information that was pulled in an import or information that they submitted on their application. For example when looking at GPA blackbaud would automatically score based on ranges from 0-4.0. A theoretical model I built in excel would be: =IFS(A2>=4,5,A2>3.5,4,A2>3,3,A2>2.5,2,A2=2,1,A2<>0,0,A6>=4,5,A6>3.5,4,A6>3,3,A6>2.5,2,A6=2,1,A6<>0,0,A4>=4,5,A4>3.5,4,A4>3,3,A4>2.5,2,A4=2,1,A4<>0,0,A2=0,0)

Whereas A2=Current College GPA (Import) A6=previous college GPA (provided by student) A4=highschool GPA. If this function existed we would be able to save about 12 seconds per reviewer per application as they would only have to look at the essays. Please let me know if this is possible or if any additional information is needed.
