Reconnect Fundraiser Page to NXT Account

We have a fundraiser who's gifts are all coming through with this error and the Peer-to-peer fundraising module is no longer on their NXT record.

Is there a way to relink this page with an existing NXT record?

    @Elizabeth Sarkady - I recommend you contact support regarding this issue. You may need to involve RE NXT and JustGiving support. After you create your case, make sure to loop in your BB Account Rep and Customer Success Manager (CSM), so they know what is going on.

    Update for anyone who is searching this in the future: We think the issue was with merging a duplicate account created by the donor when they set up their JustGiving page. No solution has been found to reconnect them so the Peer to Peer module on this donor's account is not there, but all money is still being tracked through the attributes.
