    @Crystal Bruce lazy day on the couch watching re-runs of some of my favorite tv shows. Maybe some scrapbooking. Going to my favorite coffee shop in town. Sitting outside listening to nature.

    @Crystal Bruce One of two things happens when I'm completely off and on my own for the day - I either end up reading as much as a I can of a book, OR I completely devolve as a human and spend hours writing a song I end up disliking, so I delete the whole recording only to realize it's bedtime and the day is gone.

    @Crystal Bruce, I love reading all these answers. It makes me want to go home and do all of them – read a book, take a nap, watch a movie, drink hot chocolate … just reading them makes me feel relaxed already!

    On my days off, I like to garden, do canning, and read books. I made 21 jars of jam this past week. And I enjoy writing poetry, scrapbooking, and reading science and history articles online.

    @Crystal Bruce, I love the range of activities everyone is providing - from “nothing” that tends to be healing for the mind and body, to accomplishments that I find amazing (canning, poetry, song writing, etc.).

    If I truly have the day to myself, on my days off, I like to catch up on reading, go for walks, and work in the garden (or, if lots of produce is ready to be picked, figuring out what to do with it all). After all these inspiring answers, I'm feeling like I learning something creative.

    @Crystal Bruce depending on the weather, if nice, I like to go out and explore my state. If the weather is not co-operating I enjoy reading a book, cross stitching or watching a movie.

    @Crystal Bruce it is truly anything that deals with the outdoors. I love my flower gardens and koi ponds. The work pays off and is so rewarding. Walks and nature, growing fruits and vegetables. Burn pit and a beverages at night-until the weather gets too cold. Then I go inside and dream about Spring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so I can do it all over again

    @Crystal Bruce I have today off because it is my husband's birthday! Today is all about him as it is a milestone year.

    When we were pregnant with our son Reece (about to be 13) he wrote a science fiction book. He is working on his sequel. He has been embracing AI and has a lot more content now. If anyone wanted to check it out and follow any of his social I'd be so appreciative and happy to return the favor.

    He is having a blast embracing AI.

    On Saturday I'm throwing him a surprise “Best of the 80s” party at the school where I work. Going to work is so much easier :)
